Dr Imeigha Olufemi Williams was born in Okpella in Estsako East Local Government Area of Edo State. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. He also possesses certifications on: Policy, Strategy and Leadership from the prestigious National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) Kuru Nigeria; Executive MBA in Advanced Forensic Investigation and Cyber Security; Masterclass in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics; Masterclass in Business Management and Leadership amongst others. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow Chartered Certified System Accountants (CCSA) USA, Fellow Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Certified Management Specialist (CMS) with a distinction in Time Management.

In 2022 Dr Imiegha retired meritoriously from the service of the defunct Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) now Nigeria Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) which is the dominant Regulator of the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry. He held various managerial positions such as Head of Finance and Accounts and Head Corporate Services in Warri, Port Harcourt and Owerri zonal office. He was appointed Head of Treasury Management and thereafter Head Finance and Accounts at the Corporate Headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria during which he oversaw the accounting functions of the Organization nationwide. Dr Imiegha also held various Strategic Teams on Budget, Pension, Insurance and others which help to reposition the Organization for effective revenue generation and optimization.

He is a proponent of an efficient and judicious utilization of the Nation hydrocarbon resources for an accelerated infrastructural development of the critical sectors of the economy as a catalyst to engender economic prosperity and employment of our teaming youths.

Dr Imiegha is a seasoned expert in Oil and Gas Accounting, a top-notch Corporate Strategist, a Business Turnaround Specialist (BTS) and an Astute Administrator. He has attended numerous international and local trainings, seminars, workshops and conferences. He is a member of Ikoyi Club, Lagos; IBB Golf Club, Abuja and TYB International Golf Resort and Country Club, Abuja. He is an Award winner in Taxation at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Nigeria.

Dr Imiegha was in 2022 awarded Honorary Doctorate Degree (Accounting) by the Commonwealth University in conjunction with London Graduate School.

Dr Imiegha is an Executive Director in AOB Enterprises Support Limited, a global financial services provider and currently the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of Avrum Group Limited.

Dr.Imiegha is married to a lovely Wife and amazing Children.
